Ginger Turtle Apps is an independent software developer based in England, UK. We develop and sell Chrome browser extensions directly to end users. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, who act as Merchant of Record for all transactions.

All Ginger Turtle Apps extensions are sold as digital products under an annual software licence. When you purchase a Pro licence you receive:
Licences are for individual use. You may not share, resell, or transfer your licence key to another person.
All extensions include a free tier which may be used indefinitely without purchase. Free tier features may change over time at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. Ginger Turtle Apps does not store or handle your payment card details.
Prices are subject to change. Any price change will not affect active licences already purchased.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro licence purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase at paul.rennison1983@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund.
Refunds requested after 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Licences are annual and do not auto-renew. You will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase a new licence at the end of your period. When a licence expires, the extension reverts to the free tier automatically.
Ginger Turtle Apps does not currently offer 1:1 services, bespoke development, consultancy, or customised products through this platform. All products are self-serve digital extensions. If you require support, please contact us by email.
All Ginger Turtle Apps extensions, including their code, design, and branding, are the intellectual property of Ginger Turtle Apps. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of our extensions without prior written permission.
Our extensions are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the extensions will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ginger Turtle Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our extensions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant licence.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our extensions after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
